Chibi Merch Designs: $300+
Flat fee for the design and artwork only, starting from $300+ per design. Negotiable depending on merch type and simplicity of art style.
Does NOT include production costs.
Complicated merch designs will cost more (e.g. candy bags, shakers).You may use the design to produce merchandise of your vtuber character to sell (I will not draw other vtubers unless you have their permission).
You will need to find a supplier yourself but I will set up the print-ready files for you (300dpi, CMYK, cutlines etc.).If you'd like me to contact my own manufacturer and order for you, I will charge an additional 15% of the total production + shipping cost. This is to cover all transaction fees, paypal fees, service fees + a little extra for my time.The products will be delivered to you straight from the manufacturer.

Rush fees can be paid to skip the waiting queue (new customer or existing) but please note I cannot work with a very tight deadline (e.g. 3 days) due to a wrist injury. The price will be +60% the order amount (not including production costs).

What i need from you
MUST PROVIDE:
1. Character concept - Please let me know what your theme is!2. Visual references - Doesn't have to be very detailed if you don't have a clear image of what you want and prefer to leave the designing to me.
Images of clothing styles you like, hair styles, color palettes, mood boards, self drawn or commissioned art are all acceptable.Send as a google doc/drive link, sta.sh etc. (organized in one place)3. Basic info/physical appearance - Around how tall + how old they should look, and a short description of personality4. Other info (optional) - Special traits, beauty marks, glasses etc.5. Extra add-ons - If you want to add weapons, props, pets, wings etc.6. (If accepted) Email to send the invoice to - I'll be sending you a paypal invoice and a partial payment is required to secure a slot.
OPTIONAL:
1. Backstory / lore - These help me come up with ideas for your design but if you don't have anything yet, that's okay!2. Ideas - If you have a good idea of how you want your character, please describe in as much detail as possible and provide references. Otherwise I will assume you are leaving the design up to me..
